Please find below our terms and conditions on which Natasha Lucy Clinics provides services to all its patients.

Suitability for a treatment at Natasha Lucy Clinics
Prior to any treatment, you will always have a consultation with Natasha to discuss your requirements and to determine whether the treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful. If not, Natasha will inform you as to the reasons why. If Natasha does not believe that the treatment is in your interest, she will decline to treat you.

Treatment Expectations at Natasha Lucy Clinics
The practice of aesthetic treatments is not an exact science and therefore, no guarantee can be given as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. Natasha will make every effort to ensure you have the best possible outcome, but as with all aesthetic procedures, results will vary from patient to patient. We will use what is considered best practice and up-to-date techniques to help achieve a good outcome, but please note there can be no guarantees as to the final result and your expectations and the actual result may be different.

Consent
You will be required to complete a form giving written consent prior to any initial treatment at Natasha Lucy Clinics. You may withdraw that consent at any point or terminate your treatment verbally.

Confidentiality
Natasha Lucy Clinics is registered with The Data Protection Act and will not discuss your treatment or share your details with any third party. Your confidentiality & privacy is respected at all times.

Prices
Our listed prices are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation or booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Anti Wrinkle Treatment
Natasha Lucy Clinics offers a complimentary top-up appointment 2 weeks after each Anti Wrinkle Treatment undertaken with us.

These top-ups must be done within 2-3 weeks of the initial treatment. If a top-up is not booked within this time period or you fail to attend your appointment the offer becomes non-void.

Complications

Although rare, some treatments can have side effects and complications. All patients suffering with any adverse effects will be able to contact Natasha outside of clinic hours to be given advice. If you should require to see Natasha urgently you may have to travel back to her clinic in Chigwell, depending on the day. In the very unlikely event of a complication being more serious and you needing further treatment outside of our expertise, Natasha may recommend that you attend an NHS hospital as an emergency, this also applies should you be unable to reach Natasha and your symptoms are escalating. Please note it is possible that any private medical insurance may not cover complications arising from cosmetic work.

Liability
Natasha Lucy Clinics will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Natasha Lucy Clinics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Natasha Lucy Clinics regarding the care of a treated area.

Complaints
At Natasha Lucy Clinics we pride ourselves on offering our patients a warm, welcoming and safe environment. We endeavour to treat all of our patients professionally, compassionately and fairly at all times. If however, in the unlikely event we fail to deliver on this, you are entitled to make a formal complaint in writing, so that we can review the complaint and investigate it in line with our policy.

Appointments Terms & Conditions

Appointments & Cancellations

In order to secure an appointment, every patient will be asked for a £50 deposit for all bookings at Natasha Lucy Clinics. Any appointment verbally agreed with a promise to pay the deposit at a later date is not guaranteed or secured. Your credit/debit card details may be kept securely on file by Natasha Lucy Clinics.

We have a a minimum 48 hour cancellation policy – all bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time and your £50 deposit returned in full. However, in the unavoidable circumstance that you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, we will  transfer your deposit to a future booking, but unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Missed Appointments

Failure to turn up to your appointment or arriving late to your appointment so that your consultation and/or treatment cannot be carried out, will result in your £50 deposit being retained.

  • Injectables:                        £50 deposit (redeemable against treatment)
  • Skin Consultations:          £50 deposit (non-redeemable)
  • All other services:            £50 deposit (redeemable against your treatment)
